Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aeg-Schneider such as the TSX47455 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ASC921100 manufactured by Aeg and we are pleased to be able to service most Aeg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UNO2160G1 by Manufacturer Advantech as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Advanced-Motion-Controls Brand 50A20IV in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aeg such as 11101047 equipment made by Aeg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aeg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aeg" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PCB00000149 made by Advanced-Microtechnology as well as the popular ASJ890101 original spares produced by Aeg
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P5500212 by Aeg and 11101047 spares by Aeg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
