Amci Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Amci 1242 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Amci 1242 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 1242 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 1242 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 19201009104 manufactured by Aro and we are pleased to be able to service most Aro systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Animatics Brand SM23165D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Applied-Microbotics such as 0120205 equipment made by Applied-Microbotics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Applied-Microbotics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Applied-Microbotics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AZEA8 made by Amk as well as the popular SV71G00201200 original spares produced by Anderson
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CJM3108 by Armstrong and 0120205 spares by Applied-Microbotics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
