Amci Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Amci 1242 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Amci 1242 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 1242 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 1242 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 13928239 manufactured by Arburg and we are pleased to be able to service most Arburg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L370720 by Manufacturer Anderson-negele as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Amston-Scales Brand ASKL2350K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asco such as 831674 equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
