Ameter Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Ameter ACE and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Ameter ACE include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ACE if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ACE repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Anaheim-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ampro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Aplex-Technoiogy product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Anaheim-Automation such as the DPS30PG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A52445 manufactured by Ampro and we are pleased to be able to service most Ampro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ADP1080TR by Manufacturer Aplex-Technoiogy as well.

Spare units by Andymark such as AM2000 equipment made by Andymark have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QS1500LRNPT4 by Applied-Robotics and AM2000 spares by Andymark are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
