We service and repair Ball TV-50 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Ball TV-50 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TV-50 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Trane products, including obsoleted and phased-out M2i parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mountz product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Trane such as the X1365048302 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XT0P08TV manufactured by M2i and we are pleased to be able to service most M2i systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 74996 by Manufacturer Mountz as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Modicon Brand PA0547200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as NS10TV00BV2 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M34EDC13X37 made by Crt-Solutions as well as the popular SGDV120A11A original spares produced by Yaskawa
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 663PAMGAO by Crt-Solutions and NS10TV00BV2 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
