Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Biesse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Blue-M parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bin-Master product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Biesse such as the SawUnit spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N6702 manufactured by Blue-M and we are pleased to be able to service most Blue-M systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FDC1000 by Manufacturer Bin-Master as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Blue-M Brand BM7000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bodine such as 724KC6097 equipment made by Bodine have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bodine products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bodine" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 22B4BEBL made by Bodine as well as the popular 681 original spares produced by Bodine
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 27BA050FXTH1REVB by Sanyo and 724KC6097 spares by Bodine are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
