Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Clarostat-Skan-A-Matic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Codan product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the ISM140011 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the s01224 manufactured by Clarostat-Skan-A-Matic and we are pleased to be able to service most Clarostat-Skan-A-Matic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5740 by Manufacturer Codan as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Cognex Brand IS54030000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cognex such as D70S equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9450SX made by Cincinnati as well as the popular C10010114 original spares produced by Cleveland
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2217417V5B by Clansman-Dynamics and D70S spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
