Compact Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Compact C15 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Compact C15 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the C15 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our C15 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Contec such as the IPCPT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10250H1945A manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2050A12G15 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Compumotor Brand L751 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Contrex such as 32001740 equipment made by Contrex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Contrex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Contrex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 32001676 made by Contrex as well as the popular TT1EAR2 original spares produced by Comtech
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VMV9L2ADM2 by Crouse-Hinds and 32001740 spares by Contrex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
