Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Daido parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cr product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MHD093C058NP0BA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MRS010411A12003 manufactured by Daido and we are pleased to be able to service most Daido systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NIMCR6U7 by Manufacturer Cr as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Rexroth Brand PPCR022NNT2NNNNFW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asco such as NPL8320A196E equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M210GB14 made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular PANEL1960 original spares produced by Allen-bradley
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NXD62B100 by Siemens and NPL8320A196E spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
