Copley Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Copley XTL and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Copley XTL include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the XTL if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our XTL repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cuther-hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cyber-Research product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-hammer such as the 92017902 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7685T15 manufactured by Cuther-hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cuther-hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GDT by Manufacturer Cyber-Research as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Daifuku Brand C111047 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as ECN2431EHG equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CTC4356 made by Ctc-Weintek as well as the popular CH7934MORA1MAE original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A13DNO by Cutler-Hammer and ECN2431EHG spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
