Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dell SG-057DHV-73848-29J-0080-A00 DP/N 057DHV parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Demag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Demag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Destaco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Demag such as the KBA112B34 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UMF80AX8 manufactured by Demag and we are pleased to be able to service most Demag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 82M3E23005NL81 by Manufacturer Destaco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Deltron Brand RS33SSCross in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Demag such as 168K8 equipment made by Demag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Demag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Demag" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 60376610A made by Delta-Tau as well as the popular ASDA20721M original spares produced by Delta

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 603581101 by Delta-Tau and 168K8 spares by Demag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 410100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Denso.
