We service and repair Demag FAW-1 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Demag FAW-1 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the FAW-1 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fisher products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gordos product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fisher such as the CL6773X1A2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6306774G41 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SMODC5 by Manufacturer Gordos as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Eagle-Signal Brand HG100A6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electromatic such as ST105120 equipment made by Electromatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electromatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electromatic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GTT604801 made by Gefran as well as the popular 1PJC11AV1A original spares produced by General-Electric
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EMR4000A0BA1 by Eaton and ST105120 spares by Electromatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SB160024 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electromatic.
