Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynacorp such as the D5314631004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LC2B223112 manufactured by Duff-norton and we are pleased to be able to service most Duff-norton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4202879 by Manufacturer Dynapach as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Duff-norton Brand GMPB690518 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dmg-Mori such as 1ZS1134 equipment made by Dmg-Mori have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dmg-Mori products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dmg-Mori" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 155918 made by Dynamatic as well as the popular 152355 original spares produced by Dynamatic
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 62PMKF0240A0 by Dynapar and 1ZS1134 spares by Dmg-Mori are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LM180210 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Duff-norton.
