Diversified Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Diversified CBC and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Diversified CBC include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the CBC if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our CBC repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dynamics-Research-Corp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynapar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Duff-Norton product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynamics-Research-Corp such as the LX1B0008BNR20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HC62550000231 manufactured by Dynapar and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynapar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SP741524 by Manufacturer Duff-Norton as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Duff-norton Brand 246512 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dynaserv such as SR1015B02 equipment made by Dynaserv have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynaserv products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynaserv" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MILLITO made by Dr.thiedig as well as the popular HB380 original spares produced by Dymotron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM940561 by Duff-norton and SR1015B02 spares by Dynaserv are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TMD01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Duff-Norton.
