We service and repair Extron 1025T and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Extron 1025T include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 1025T if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hitachi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fag such as the B7011E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 33024 manufactured by Fag and we are pleased to be able to service most Fag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A87L00010105 by Manufacturer Hitachi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Falk Brand 206WBQM1A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Falk such as 2060F equipment made by Falk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Falk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Falk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TAFI7800401 made by Fairchild as well as the popular FXM7530AE1010 original spares produced by Fagor
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 44D221572G02 by Ge-Fanuc and 2060F spares by Falk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 29480074000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toyoda.
