Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Oriental products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Oriental product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Oriental such as the DSP501H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RYC500D3VVT2 manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature US31502T by Manufacturer Oriental as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Kramer Brand VP23 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keb such as 16E5T601001 equipment made by Keb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available B8001 made by Idc as well as the popular ESAY2020TF821 original spares produced by Nsk
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 541890 by Hengstler and 16E5T601001 spares by Keb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MRJ2M20DU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
