Fortress Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Fortress Phantom and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Fortress Phantom include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Phantom if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Phantom repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Frog-Navigation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gamma-metrics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 7523 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 907016A manufactured by Frog-Navigation and we are pleased to be able to service most Frog-Navigation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 100028105 by Manufacturer Gamma-metrics as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ge Brand 2776825 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Furnas such as Tiastar equipment made by Furnas have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FA10005 by Fuji and Tiastar spares by Furnas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 55650355 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
