Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Maple-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Baldor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Maple-Systems such as the MAP320D240B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NS5TQ11BV2 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M35A001Z541MC1101518158001 by Manufacturer Baldor as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Dynics Brand IC15TMTX442XPK40IC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sae such as MT80Z80F equipment made by Sae have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MI4110KG1 by Klockner-Moeller and MT80Z80F spares by Sae are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MBC951B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
