Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Due to increased demand we now feature 7245001 by Manufacturer Gai-Tronics as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Gast Brand 0823101QG273 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fusion such as 291542 equipment made by Fusion have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 100022103 made by Gammametrics as well as the popular 15AA0054 original spares produced by G.d-Bologna
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DMC4040 by Galil and 291542 spares by Fusion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WMY470 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress--Hauser.
