Futek Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Futek IDA100 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Futek IDA100 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the IDA100 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our IDA100 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ifm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gn parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Heidenhain product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ifm such as the PNI022 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 500201 manufactured by Gn and we are pleased to be able to service most Gn systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 80828 by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Keyence Brand LB1003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ingersoll-Rand such as 99340382 equipment made by Ingersoll-Rand have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ingersoll-Rand products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ingersoll-Rand" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FM16B made by Grecon as well as the popular P5252 original spares produced by Fischer
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BTL02EY by Balluff and 99340382 spares by Ingersoll-Rand are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 060024001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell.
