Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gast 1022-101-G272X parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gaston-County parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gates product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 620119153 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7283505 manufactured by Gaston-County and we are pleased to be able to service most Gaston-County systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 14MX63S37 by Manufacturer Gates as well.

Spare units by Ge such as 5KE184BC105B equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 44D236366G01 by Ge and 5KE184BC105B spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
