Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gates 72XR200 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Grove products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hansen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Grove product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Grove such as the GRLB83220L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the J011325 manufactured by Hansen and we are pleased to be able to service most Hansen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TMQ11002 by Manufacturer Grove as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Good-Year Brand 45VF1000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Good-Year such as 16008M50 equipment made by Good-Year have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Good-Year products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Good-Year" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 96820 made by Helwig as well as the popular J013833 original spares produced by Hansen

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EG98 by Helwig and 16008M50 spares by Good-Year are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D18008M20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Good-Year.
