Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gems 23416 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued General-Monitors products, including obsoleted and phased-out General-Monitors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hengstler product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader General-Monitors such as the TS40004004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TS4000H461132 manufactured by General-Monitors and we are pleased to be able to service most General-Monitors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0566066 by Manufacturer Hengstler as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Hathaway Brand 910303 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Honeywell such as MPES103CW equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 426000B2500 made by Heidenhain as well as the popular AL311DV original spares produced by Honeywell

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 060B0920101 by Honeywell and MPES103CW spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
