Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Googol GT2-400-ACC2-VER2.4 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gould parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Graseby product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the B640 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CN3F800 manufactured by Gould and we are pleased to be able to service most Gould systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TK7951 by Manufacturer Graseby as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Gould Brand S212200REVA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Grafikontrol such as 941E06 equipment made by Grafikontrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Grafikontrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Grafikontrol" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available B11082 made by Goss as well as the popular MSA100 original spares produced by Graco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IO1102000 by Modicon and 941E06 spares by Grafikontrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A831C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gould.
