Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued David-Brown products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ft-Jones parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Greenlee product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader David-Brown such as the M09203 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HVL70 manufactured by Ft-Jones and we are pleased to be able to service most Ft-Jones systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FCE776 by Manufacturer Greenlee as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Demag Brand KBA112A42 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sumitomo such as M0124 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GST062NVBR5D by Lenze and M0124 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
