Guboa Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Guboa FGS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Guboa FGS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the FGS if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hach products, including obsoleted and phased-out Haas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Helland-Research product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hach such as the RD1R5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 93325552A manufactured by Haas and we are pleased to be able to service most Haas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 570V by Manufacturer Helland-Research as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Harmonic-Drive-Systems Brand LAH461002FSPB0100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Harowe such as 21BRCX500HC7 equipment made by Harowe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harowe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harowe" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 59487501 made by Heidenhain as well as the popular LS186C original spares produced by Heidenhain
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PC0653006 by Harding-Instruments and 21BRCX500HC7 spares by Harowe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 275605 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Helix-Technology.
