Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Harmonic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Heidenhain product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the LIC2100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HA6554CT2A9800038263MAC161BCT1D manufactured by Harmonic and we are pleased to be able to service most Harmonic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EXE602 by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Hass Brand ECV250B4X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hdb such as EMH2304V8 equipment made by Hdb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hdb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hdb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ERN1070 made by Heidenhain as well as the popular 34014302 original spares produced by Haughton
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FRS50802GRSP by Harmonic and EMH2304V8 spares by Hdb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
