Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Homag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hitek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hiwin product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Homag such as the PSE411C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 37758 manufactured by Hitek and we are pleased to be able to service most Hitek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KK8610C340 by Manufacturer Hiwin as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Hologic Brand 3850074 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Himmelstein such as 538D500 equipment made by Himmelstein have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Himmelstein products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Himmelstein" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IP3012JR62Z00123X07 made by Hohner as well as the popular MLT38000202 original spares produced by Honeywell
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FFSPR44TR2 by Honeywell and 538D500 spares by Himmelstein are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
