Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Imtech MC-1000 II -100A5 DIGITAL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Startco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grace-Engineered parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Omron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Startco such as the PGM8600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PR3M3RF3U351 manufactured by Grace-Engineered and we are pleased to be able to service most Grace-Engineered systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NS10TV00V1 by Manufacturer Omron as well.

Spare units by Eaton such as MD2808112 equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDT962B4A by Totoku and MD2808112 spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NSCA001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
