Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Innovative PTX160-3Y201L parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Quartech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wieland parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Baumuller product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Quartech such as the 9701 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R1188358004083KMASNO4083KM manufactured by Wieland and we are pleased to be able to service most Wieland systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D356L by Manufacturer Baumuller as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Quantis Brand HB482LNS6C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Honeywell such as R7861A1026 equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EPC2325 made by Toshiba as well as the popular PVD3DIN original spares produced by Pwm-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DW216BR0FFFVC by Puma and R7861A1026 spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
