Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Koyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Canon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Koyo such as the TRDJ360RZW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM4720G16 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TR36 by Manufacturer Canon as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Atlas-Capco Brand Tensor37 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Siemens such as simatic equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SKD11516 made by Semikron as well as the popular TMC420 original spares produced by Telesis
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SS2000L by Warner-Electric and simatic spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
