Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Instron 2511-201 / A31-17 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Intellisys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Interface parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Foxboro product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Intellisys such as the IQ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7250578000 manufactured by Interface and we are pleased to be able to service most Interface systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N1205NT by Manufacturer Foxboro as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PBA454108003 by Intel and IP30284010CX093002 spares by Inventron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
