Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Johnson-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Johnson-Pump/mayfair parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Keb product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Johnson-Controls such as the D3731 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 101302295 manufactured by Johnson-Pump/mayfair and we are pleased to be able to service most Johnson-Pump/mayfair systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 09F5M1DLAEA by Manufacturer Keb as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Jokab-Safety Brand 2TLA022202R1000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kawasaki such as SDPC2 equipment made by Kawasaki have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GE128C7AF by Kavlico-Corp and SDPC2 spares by Kawasaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
