Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Keb 14.F5.G1D-380A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kone parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Klockner product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keb such as the 1556201 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AKDT0127ICAN0000 manufactured by Kone and we are pleased to be able to service most Kone systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PKZ2 by Manufacturer Klockner as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Kla-Instruments Brand 71080605101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Komax such as F363R03L2 equipment made by Komax have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 15F4C1EAC01 made by Keb as well as the popular E32DIGIN original spares produced by Keba

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GT2A12 by Keyence and F363R03L2 spares by Komax are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EX422V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence.
