Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kinetrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Moeller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kollmorgen product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kinetrol such as the KF394503 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EBE250 manufactured by Moeller and we are pleased to be able to service most Moeller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AKM24CACF2R00 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Klockner Brand NZMH463 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Klockner such as EBE230B equipment made by Klockner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Klockner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Klockner" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PJ158548150 made by Knf as well as the popular DH081M121310 original spares produced by Kollmorgen
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ZB4902SF1 by Klockner and EBE230B spares by Klockner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9104A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kistler.
