Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Labnet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kyoritsu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kyocera product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Labnet such as the I4001HCS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FH6PF20H302 manufactured by Kyoritsu and we are pleased to be able to service most Kyoritsu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KST1288MPK8ZB1 by Manufacturer Kyocera as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Leeson Brand 102965 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lcd such as CBL502607 equipment made by Lcd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lcd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lcd" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M1741808 made by Lead-Screws-International as well as the popular SRS50 original spares produced by Lafert
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EPCGX by Lauer and CBL502607 spares by Lcd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
