Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leuze ET30-750 ER30-750 TNT 35 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leuze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lufterhitzer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mikron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leuze such as the LS9228SEL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LEMiniSensor manufactured by Lufterhitzer and we are pleased to be able to service most Lufterhitzer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M77S by Manufacturer Mikron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Leuze Brand SD4R30900 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micro-Motion such as DS040H999SU equipment made by Micro-Motion have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 910A1C2008 made by Magnetrol as well as the popular GOT1000 original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SIERRA170434Y3 by Masterflux and DS040H999SU spares by Micro-Motion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
