Luxstar Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Luxstar LX-100 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Luxstar LX-100 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the LX-100 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our LX-100 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Meiki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnetect parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mj-Tooling product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Meiki such as the MSA1A100A1010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DD860 manufactured by Magnetect and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetect systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S773 by Manufacturer Mj-Tooling as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Measurex Brand 4349900 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Markem such as ENM3789 equipment made by Markem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Markem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Markem" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GPD506VB014 made by Magnetek as well as the popular ASEM original spares produced by Marposs
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACF5AE by Man-Roland and ENM3789 spares by Markem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 463A7417P0001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Masoneilan.
