Lxe Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Lxe MX3X and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Lxe MX3X include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MX3X if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our MX3X repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Scientific such as the R35KENTTSM1NV00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC7000UQ10 manufactured by Vee-arc and we are pleased to be able to service most Vee-arc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PGA36120 by Manufacturer Square-D as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
