Magpower Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Magpower DFP and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Magpower DFP include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DFP if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our DFP repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mts products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mercoid parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mts product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mts such as the LHTRG00U01201V0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS23335 manufactured by Mercoid and we are pleased to be able to service most Mercoid systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DCTM1406 by Manufacturer Mts as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Micro-Motion Brand F025S113CRAUEZZZZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Moore such as 50DP3 equipment made by Moore have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moore products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moore" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 13102099 made by Mikropul as well as the popular FELS1C20 original spares produced by Micro-Switch
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RBU0140 by Mts and 50DP3 spares by Moore are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
