We service and repair Marel BG35 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Meiden products, including obsoleted and phased-out Max-Motosports parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Metrologic-Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Meiden such as the VT626 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 805902 manufactured by Max-Motosports and we are pleased to be able to service most Max-Motosports systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS70C1T by Manufacturer Metrologic-Instruments as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Marposs Brand 341404305213ZT0010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mercoid such as PBLT21560 equipment made by Mercoid have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mercoid products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mercoid" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 70283305 made by Max-Motosports as well as the popular 58031218 original spares produced by Mettler-Toledo
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 76874 by Melrose-International and PBLT21560 spares by Mercoid are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
