Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Matsushita products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marposs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Maschinenbau-Kitz product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Matsushita such as the TS4506N8074E200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6108000300 manufactured by Marposs and we are pleased to be able to service most Marposs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VST2011S by Manufacturer Maschinenbau-Kitz as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Marposs Brand 63153403006830181704 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Master such as ECPS equipment made by Master have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Master products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Master" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MTC1 made by Marquette as well as the popular LPV2421UUOB original spares produced by Mars
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WRT96008 by Panasonic and ECPS spares by Master are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
