Master Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Master EC-IM and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Master EC-IM include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the EC-IM if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Matsushita such as the SI01616C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 210G manufactured by Maxitrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Maxitrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BCX105bCPOEIVT by Manufacturer Visiontools as well.

Spare units by Maxon such as 108303 equipment made by Maxon have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 82720423 by Matheson and 108303 spares by Maxon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
