Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Max-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Maxitron-Corporation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mcquay product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Max-Technologies such as the IPM429AT16R0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the COM1021 manufactured by Maxitron-Corporation and we are pleased to be able to service most Maxitron-Corporation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 073378501 by Manufacturer Mcquay as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mitsubishi Brand SJ11AW5Z in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mcdonnell such as FS1 equipment made by Mcdonnell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mcdonnell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mcdonnell" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IOP104 made by Max-Control as well as the popular 137562 original spares produced by Maxon
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MRVROI by Maxon and FS1 spares by Mcdonnell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5264 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mcd-Elektronik.
