Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Metalfab products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mettler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mettler product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metalfab such as the CD18910 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E14092400A manufactured by Mettler and we are pleased to be able to service most Mettler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 770max by Manufacturer Mettler as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Merrick Brand 03003057 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Melec such as C870V1 equipment made by Melec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Melec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Melec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CRIZUS6740837 made by Merlin-Gerin as well as the popular 514CC original spares produced by Medar
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 19607A by Merrick and C870V1 spares by Melec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M302 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Memocon.
