Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Neugardt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nurd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Morse product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Neugardt such as the WPLS115 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1217L45N10 manufactured by Nurd and we are pleased to be able to service most Nurd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 300q56r50 by Manufacturer Morse as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Morse Brand k99me0004 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nachi such as 7217C equipment made by Nachi have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 235A2307AAP01 made by National as well as the popular SK1282AF original spares produced by Nord
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 138IN18310 by Nord and 7217C spares by Nachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
