Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mitsubishi FR-A540-5.5K-NA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Exlar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cognex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the KCL341101027 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GS2006010DMAR2L6 manufactured by Exlar and we are pleased to be able to service most Exlar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ISM140000 by Manufacturer Cognex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Fanuc Brand IC670ALG320 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as IC698CPE020KAA equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IS5100C00 made by Cognex as well as the popular KAD300 original spares produced by Hokoyo-Automatic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JANCDFC190 by Yaskawa and IC698CPE020KAA spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original INSEM01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb.
