Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Modicon PC-E984-685/PCE984685 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lang-Mfg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Stanford-Research product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-hammer such as the V48M22T4516 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SLS1C22 manufactured by Lang-Mfg and we are pleased to be able to service most Lang-Mfg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SR625 by Manufacturer Stanford-Research as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Fanuc Brand SND0039 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eaton such as WL35297A equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available UNI2402VTC made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular SD3KSCLR400 original spares produced by Allen-bradley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RV364 by Ite and WL35297A spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TP26C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Temptronic.
