We service and repair Montronix TSSA1 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Montronix TSSA1 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TSSA1 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Novotechink such as the TS50A502 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EE23017820 manufactured by Namco and we are pleased to be able to service most Namco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EE51092440 by Manufacturer Namco as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nivelco Brand URP2634M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mountz such as 75203 equipment made by Mountz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mountz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mountz" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T999CHBD by Nikon and 75203 spares by Mountz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
