Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nematron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nana-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nematron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron such as the ML104QN2013 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BNC40CAO manufactured by Nana-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Nana-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M700T24 by Manufacturer Nematron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nematron Brand 4924T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Motovario such as 6354712006 equipment made by Motovario have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AS5918S2804E by Nanotec and 6354712006 spares by Motovario are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
